The service

Lockfolk is a marketplace that connects you with independent, vetted locksmith businesses. The locksmith you select performs the work and is your contractual counterpart for the job itself.

Prices and payment

The offers you receive are firm, all-inclusive prices. When you pay by card through Lockfolk, the amount is reserved when you select an offer and charged when the work is completed.

Some locksmiths are paid directly: in that case you pay the locksmith the agreed firm price when the job is done (card or MobilePay on site). Any additional work must be itemized and approved by you before it is carried out.

Cancellation

Before you select an offer there is nothing to cancel. After a locksmith has been dispatched, contact us and we will help resolve it.

Privacy

We use your name, address and phone number solely to arrange the job and share them only with the locksmith you select.
